Boynton Park in Paxton, a very popular-dog walking area, had an ice-covered parking area and great dane Thor's legs splayed out a little as he and owner Nathan Meyer of Longfellow prepare to go for a walk. Meyer, a nurse at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, had ice walkers for his walk before work.

PAXTON — Boynton Park, a very popular dog-walking area, had an ice-covered parking area Tuesday, but that didn't stop the dogs, or their humans, from getting out for a somewhat slippery walk, sunshine and some fresh air.
