Dogs Play Around in Deep California Snow

Heavy snow shut down Northern California highways and ski resorts and left residents snowed in on Monday, December 27.

Yet more snow was sweeping across California’s Sierra Nevada mountains and western Nevada on Tuesday morning, the NWS said. According to the UC Berkeley Central Sierra Snow Lab, it was a record month for snow, with 193.7 inches so far in December.
