"What Would Dolly Do?," the Dolly Parton-centric riff on the "What Would Jesus Do" exhortation that made its way to countless bumper stickers and bracelets, has become an uber-popular catchphrase, even spawning a host of WWDD songs.

Now, the iconic country music star is staking her own claim and is launching a series on Apple Music called "What Would Dolly Do? Radio." The four-part series will air on Apple Music’s global live-streaming radio station Apple Music 1.

With each installment, Parton will delve into another facet of her life, she told Today.

“I’ve lived a life of many colors, and I enjoyed the chance to sit down with (co-host) Kelleigh Bannen to discuss different areas of my life and career," Parton said in a prepared statement. "I hope the fans will have as much fun listening as we had recording this!”

What is Dolly Parton's new radio show about?

Bannen appeared to break the news of the show first on her Instagram account.

"As she prepares to release her new album, ‘Rockstar,’ Dolly and I talk through the phases of her life and career in her new @applemusic show, #WhatWouldDollyDo? Radio."

In the first episode, Parton will discuss her eye-catching fashion as well as her legacy. The second episode will see Parton talking about the business end of being a musician and actress. Then, the third episode will look at her various philanthropic endeavors. Finally, in the last episode, Parton will discuss her upcoming album, "Rockstar."

How you can listen to 'What Would Dolly Do? Radio'

In a bit of Knoxville serendipity, University of Tennessee professor Lynn Sacco taught a class called "Dolly Parton's America," which was turned into the hit podcast with her students getting featured on the seventh episode.

What's next for Dolly Parton?

Parton, far from resting on her laurels, is releasing a new album and a new book soon.

Parton's first rock and roll album, appropriately titled "Rockstar," will be out Nov. 17. "Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones," an inside look at her iconic fashion and distinctive style, comes out Oct. 17.
