If you're anything like us, you've been listening to Dolly Parton's first Christmas album in 30 years, A Holly Dolly Christmas, pretty much nonstop since it debuted on Friday, October 2. Well, dear readers, you're in good company. Lots and lots of good company.

In fact, the popularity of Parton's new collection of holiday tunes is so overwhelming that it has catapulted itself to the number one spot on both Billboard's country album and holiday album charts, as Billboard.com recently shared.

"I am so proud and humbled to have my album reach No. 1 on the Billboard country and holiday charts," Parton said, per the music outlet's announcement of A Holly Dolly Christmas' chart-climbing success. "Boy, what a great early Christmas present for me! Thanks to Billboard and the fans." The album, which is a mix of both original songs and classic holiday tunes, features duets with Willie Nelson, Michael Bublé, Miley Cyrus, and others, including Parton's brother, Randy Parton. During its first week of sales, A Holly Dolly Christmas earned 27,000 equivalent album units, with 26,000 in album sales, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.

Parton also expressed her excitement for the news on social media, sharing "'I'm celebrating for many reasons this Christmas. Thanks to all of my fans for making #AHollyDollyChristmas such a success!"

Beyond this incredible feat for the holiday record, the Smoky Mountain Songbird has achieved much more success in the past year, from the news of her Christmas movie Christmas on the Square landing on Netflix this November to being named Southern Living's Southerner of the Year.

Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Parton has also served as a source of strength for many, donating fund and supplies to numerous organizations, performing uplifting virtual numbers, and offering us all inspiring words of wisdom (and bible verses!) to get through these tough times.
