Outside linebacker Malik Reed is reuniting with linebacker Bradley Chubb and defensive coordinator Vic Fangio on the Dolphins, his agent, Mike McCartney, announced Saturday.

Reed played for the Pittsburgh Steelers last season but enjoyed the best season of his career — eight sacks — when Fangio was his head coach in Denver in 2020. Teammates nicknamed him “Dream Killer.”

McCartney tweeted that Reed is signing with Miami on a one-year deal. Reed, 26, is 6-feet-2 and 235 pounds.

Reed started 13 games for the Broncos in both 2020 and 2021. Denver was so deep at linebacker that Reed was then traded to Pittsburgh, where he played 14 games but started only two last season. He finished with 25 tackles, four QB hits and one sack.
