Dolphins' All-Time All-Free Agent Team honors best pickups Miami has made
Matt Moore or Ryan Fitzpatrick?
That was among the tougher choices to make in selecting my Dolphins All-Time All-Free Agent Team, timed to coincide with the league signing window opening Wednesday.
Many choices were simple. Take offensive tackle, where the Dolphins signed Branden Albert in 2014 and saw him make the Pro Bowl, then signed Terron Armstead in 2022 and saw him do the same.
As we all know, not every free agent lives up to the big contract the way those two have.
Players were selected largely on the basis of what they contributed while in Miami, as opposed to judging their careers as a whole.
Moore, by the way, gets the edge over Fitz based on his team MVP season of 2011 as well as his seven years of service in Miami.
Players with an asterisk next to their name made the Pro Bowl while with the Dolphins. And this list covers only the old Plan B free agents and unrestricted free agents, as opposed to those signed off the street.
See what you think of these picks. Did anyone get snubbed?
