Three people have been accused of second-degree murder in connection with last week’s shooting of 28-year-old Dominique Green, Kingston police said.

Shaliza Dhanraj, 26, of Rotterdam; Maliek Fredericks, 25, of Schenectedy; and Nyqwan Monroe, 25, of New York City, are each charged with one count of second-degree murder and two counts of first-degree burglary, a police department statement on its Facebook page said.

At Kingston City Court arraignment, the accused were remanded without bail to the Ulster County jail, according to the police.

At about 9:20 p.m. Thursday, police said, officers and other emergency personnel responded to a report of a gunshot victim on Prospect Street near Greenkill Avenue and found the victim dead from a gunshot.
