Donald Trump, facing arrest Tuesday, was flying from South Florida to New York early Monday afternoon, as fans of the former president held rallies to support him in West Palm Beach.

Trump’s private jet, blaring his name in yellow lettering on its exterior, took off from Palm Beach International Airport about 1 p.m. Monday bound for LaGuardia Airport.

Earlier, fired-up Trump supporters convened by a mall near the airport.

By about 11:45 a.m., a long line of pro-Trump demonstrators were chanting “arrest Alvin Bragg” — a reference to the Manhattan district attorney — and flying flags declaring “Trump 2024″ and “Trump Won,” according to a live stream published by WPEC-TV. Passing autos honked.

Trump departed his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Fla., around 12:20 p.m., according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. His motorcade passed the rally about 12:26 p.m.

The 76-year-old Republican, who is currently working on his third run at the White House, is due to be arrested Tuesday in Manhattan on charges expected to be connected to the Stormy Daniels hush money case that has been pursued by Bragg, a Harlem Democrat.

Trump faces more than 30 counts in the indictment, according to CNN. The charging papers remain under seal.

The case centers around a $130,000 payment made by Trump’s one-time fixer, Michael Cohen, to a lawyer for Daniels, a porn star who says she had sex with Trump in 2006.
