Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Laconia, New Hampshire, Monday night on the eve of the state’s Republican primary, where he will face off against former South Carolina governor and UN ambassador Nikki Haley. A Trump supporter at the rally yelled out for “12 years of Trump.”

The former president laughed at the interruption from the audience and said, “You’re right. That’s very interesting.”

“Don’t say that too loud,” Trump continued. “They’ll start saying, ‘He wants more, he’s a fascist!’ You know, they love to call me a fascist. ‘He’s a fascist.’”

“The fascists are the people that will do what they’re doing to a political opponent,” Trump went on to claim, referring to his baseless allegations that President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party are prosecuting him to try to hurt him politically. “Those are fascists, by the way. Those are the people that are a danger to the country,” Trump said.
