Cellular Sales of Wichita Falls and Dexter School are teaming for a toy drive, called Project Christmas Miracle, to collect donations for children at the North Texas State Hospital.

Donations will go to children at both the Wichita Falls and Vernon NTSH campuses.

There are approximately 40 children ages 7-17 at these campuses that will not be able to celebrate Christmas at home this year.

Through December 13, donated gifts will be collected at the Cellular Sales store and the presents will be wrapped Dec. 16 at Dexter School.

“Cellular Sales is honored to, once again, participate in the annual toy drive for North Texas State Hospital,” said Cellular Sales Regional Manager Charlie Martinez. “During this special time of the year, we are blessed to provide joy and magic to the children. Our hope is to bring smiles and happiness to the deserving children spending the holidays in the hospital.”

Dexter Principal Brittany Douglas said the school is excited to be involved in the toy drive this year. “Dexter staff and students are grateful to play a role in uniting members of the local community for a common cause and the chance to play an impactful role in a child’s life,” Douglas said.

Donors can choose to sponsor a child, a hospital unit or simply donate.
