Donatos Pizza, New York Butcher Shoppe to open in Fort Mill
The Overlook at Gold Hill has landed three tenants, with an early 2024 opening slated for the Fort Mill project.
NY Butcher — or the New York Butcher Shoppe — has snagged a 2,984-square-foot space, which is under construction. It’s the concept’s fourth shop and second in South Carolina. Expect it to sell hand-cut steaks, chicken and other meats, cheeses and prepared entrees.

A Donatos Pizza franchise will occupy 2,550 square feet at the Overlook. A general dentist office has also signed on for a 2,510-square-foot space.
The 4.4-acre property is on Gold Hill Road, near the Pleasant Road intersection.
