CLEVELAND – The Phoenix Suns have seen Donovan Mitchell before.

With Mitchell spending his first five seasons in Utah, the Suns have faced him a total of 14 times. They went 5-9 in those games, but won four of the last five.

Now Mitchell is in Cleveland having a career season, coming off a career-best, 71-point eruption in Monday’s overtime win over Chicago. Mitchell is eighth in the league in scoring at 29.2 points a game.

Here’s a statistical look back at Mitchell’s matchups versus Phoenix heading into Wednesday’s Suns (20-18)-Cavaliers (24-14) clash at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The All-Star guard is averaging 24.7 points on 44.2% shooting (46.1% from 3) in his 14 career games against the Suns.
