'I don't know who he is': Kayvon Thibodeaux shrugs off criticism by Colts coach Jeff Saturday

EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY - JANUARY 01: Nick Foles #9 of the Indianapolis Colts is injured against the New York Giants during the second quarter at MetLife Stadium on January 01, 2023 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Kayvon Thibodeaux apparently has no remorse for doing snow angels next to a writhing Nick Foles.

The New York Giants rookie pass rusher got to the Indianapolis Colts quarterback in the second quarter of their matchup on Sunday. It was immediately clear that Foles was injured. Right next to Foles, Thibodeaux celebrated.

There has been a lot of response to the play, a lot of it directed toward Thibodeaux for insensitivity, including from Colts interim coach Jeff Saturday, who called the celebration "tasteless."

"Just trash. Not a fan of it at all," Saturday added.

Saturday also chastised Colts offensive linemen who did not confront Thibodeaux.

"I'm disappointed from the O-line's perspective and teammates in general. We protect our own, man," Saturday said.

On Wednesday, Thibodeaux responded with a Who's he?

The fifth overall NFL Draft pick with 4 sacks this season initially questioned who should be the "gatekeeper" of acceptable celebrations. Then he addressed Saturday.

"I don't know who he is," Thibodeaux said. "Anybody who comments on it, unless I know who they are, it doesn't really affect me."
