Holiday Arts Festival
The Artists Council's Holiday Arts Festival can fill all your holiday gift needs: shop the Holiday Squares Fundraiser with 130 $100 8-inch square original artworks donated by AC members, Off the Wall Show and Sale with larger, reasonably priced member artworks and Pop-Up Store featuring 800 unique items such as jewelry, wearables, artful home decor, notecards, books and journals. Big Hearts for Little Hearts Desert Guild cooking demo

Coachella Valley Panhellenic Alumnae (CVAP) annual toy drive
The annual toy drive will held at CVAP's next monthly meeting at 11 a.m. Social lunch to follow at Bighorn Golf Club, Palm Desert. Toys for Tots: bring a new, unwrapped toy appropriate for kids aged 5-15. Marines from 29 Palms Marine Corp base will take the gifts back for distribution among the military families there. Holiday Happy Hour with Dogs
Benefiting Animal Samaritans, Palm Springs Yappy Hour welcomes animal lovers with or without well-behaved leashed dogs, outdoors on the grass at Margaritaville Palm Springs.
