An extremely unique mansion has landed on the real estate market outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and it has a shocking surprise behind its walls — one that you wouldn’t normally see inside a home.

An old west town.

That’s right, the 24,888-square-foot mega mansion — that’s listed for $8.95 million — has its very own wild, wild west town that takes up an entire wing of the home — over 4,000-square-feet of it. The part of the home was modeled after the 1993 Val Kilmer western “Tombstone,” the Wall Street Journal reported — it was also based off of the city in Arizona itself.

The home is currently owned by Ron Wallace, the former president of UPS International, a news release noted.

Other features across the massive four-bedroom, 4.5-plus-bathroom estate include:

  • Theater

  • 14-plus car garage

  • Gym

  • “Front yard suitable for helicopter landings”

  • Gated

  • Floor-to-ceiling windows

  • 15,000-square-foot basement

“The fully gated property sits at the back of a 9+/- acre parcel less than one mile to the shops and restaurants of downtown Milton and just 30 minutes north of downtown Atlanta,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says. “This distinctive, award-winning estate offers a premium opportunity for the discerning buyer or car enthusiast looking for a versatile investment.”

The listing is held by Bonnie Smith.
