Dopesick star Kaitlyn Dever's new thriller confirms Disney+ premiere date and first look

Disney+ has released a first-look photo showing Dopesick's Kaitlyn Dever in psychological thriller No One Will Save You, and revealed the release date.

The upcoming film, which is written and directed by The Babysitter's Brian Duffield, stars Dever as Brynn Adams, a gifted young woman who finds solace within the walls of her childhood home after being alienated from her community (via Deadline).

However, Brynn's solace is soon disrupted when she discovers that a host of extra-terrestrial beings are also residing there, and she is forced to face off against them while confronting her past.

As well as starring in the film, Dever also serves as an executive producer alongside Duffield and Joshua Throne.

As for that all important release date? You can expect to see No One Will Save You on the streaming service from September 22.

Dever was last seen on the big screen in romantic comedy Ticket to Paradise, which she starred in alongside Julia Roberts, George Clooney and her Booksmart co-star Billie Lourd.

Discussing how previously working with Lourd helped when it came to playing best friends in Ticket to Paradise, Dever told Digital Spy: "We were so excited because, in Booksmart, we didn't have a lot of one-on-one time and then we knew that we were gonna get that in this one and it definitely helped.

"We were going on so many adventures whenever we could on the weekends and she's just the best. Doing those scenes with her was just so much fun."

"Doing this movie was just a walk in the park, as they say," Lourd added. "I wish my whole career was just playing Kaitlyn Dever's best friend, so if you know any scripts available then send them over."

No One Will Save You will premiere on Disney+ on September 22.
