Double feature: Brevard Zoo returns two rehabilitated turtles into ocean

The Brevard Zoo released two sea turtle patients back into the Atlantic Ocean Wednesday morning at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. The juvenile green sea turtles, Gorp and Peter Pan, were released after several months of rehabilitation at the zoo’s Sea Turtle Healing Center both having suffered fishing-related injuries. Gorp is missing a front flipper from fishing line.
