Xavier Latrell Pentecost, 20, Duluth, carry concealed weapon, carry handgun-alcohol sold/consumed, no contest pleas, 18 months of probation concurrent, one day jail, $579 fine and court costs, no use or possession of firearms, may be expunged.

Anthony Mario Peterson, 21, Duluth, robbery with threat of force, amended to party to theft-movable property from person/corpse, no contest plea, 30 months state prison, 30 months extended supervision, $1,068 restitution and court costs, no contact with victims.

Cody John Sanda, 26, 1620 N. 16th St., repeater vehicle operator flee/elude officer, no contest plea, two years state prison, two years extended supervision, $2,987.25 restitution and court costs; repeater possession of methamphetamine, repeater criminal damage to property, dismissed but read in for sentencing.

Tanka James Tetzlaff, 48, 1108 Baxter Ave., sex offender fail to update information, guilty plea, nine months jail imposed and stayed, 18 months of probation, 90 days jail, $737.65 restitution and court costs, no contact with businesses affected; three counts retail theft-intentionally take, dismissed but read in for sentencing.
