Dover High School Steel Band concert is Feb. 12

DOVER − The Dover High School Steel Band will hold its annual concert at 4 p.m. Feb. 12 in Dover High School’s auditorium.

“Pantasia 2023” will feature the Dover Steel Band, along with special guest artist Jeff Neitzke. Tickets are $7 for students and $10 for adults at the door. Seniors will be admitted free at the door (no ticket required). The concert will last about 90 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

The band will perform several Caribbean favorites, along with a variety of rock and pop tunes. Longtime fans of the steel band will enjoy several traditional tunes, including "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" (arranged by our guest artist), "Amazing Grace" and "Rass Mass." The band also will perform arrangements by Neitzke and Dover Steel Band Director Chris Redd.
