Downtown Plano Covered in Snow as Winter Storm Hits Northern and Central Texas
A winter storm warning and wind chill advisory were issued for northern and central Texas on Thursday, February 3, as hazardous weather was forecast to produce dangerous travel conditions across the region.
Sub-freezing temperatures were expected to create lingering travel impacts into Saturday morning as melting ice and snow refroze.
