Downtown Sacramento ice rink returns with tickets under $20 and special events

The Downtown Commons area is about to get icy, as crews start to set up the classic downtown skating rink in Ali Youssefi Square on Seventh and K streets.

The family-friendly activity will be open to the public starting Nov. 8 and will run until Jan. 15, 2024, according to the Downtown Sacramento website.

Tickets are $15 at the door, and $8 for children 6 years old and under.

If you’re not familiar with skating, there will be ice scooters available for $5 per 30 minutes.
