Downtown Sacramento ice rink returns with tickets under $20 and special events

The family-friendly activity will be open to the public starting Nov. 8 and will run until Jan. 15, 2024, according to the Downtown Sacramento website.
Tickets are $15 at the door, and $8 for children 6 years old and under.
