- And now let's take you to breaking news from Chopper 3. Dozens are protesting the deadly police involved shooting of Walter Wallace Jr. This comes as Philadelphia police are about to release the body camera video from the police shooting. It happened in West Philadelphia on October 26. Officials say that Wallace had a knife when they arrived on scene, but family members say, he was going through a mental health crisis and the shooting was unjustified.

A short time ago, Mayor Kenney acknowledged the body camera video will be painful to watch, but he urged protesters not to riot and loot. He again promised a speedy and transparent investigation. Natasha Brown is following this story and will bring us the body camera video as soon as it's released.
