Dozens Of Vaccine Doses Administered At Jones Beach Deemed Ineffective

- Meantime, as the country struggles to get everybody vaccinated, several dozen people who got the shot at Jones Beach, Long Island are being told the vaccinations were ineffective. New York's health department says 81 doses administered last Monday, February 15 were not stored within the required temperature range. However, there was no health risk, and officials are contacting people affected in order to reschedule their appointments. Those 81 doses are a fraction of the more than 1,300 administered last Monday at Jones Beach.
