  • Dr. Pimple Popper's latest video is a #tbt of an earlier patient with a large cyst.

  • Located under a tattoo on his back, the cyst looked ready to burst right away.

  • The resulting pop is a messy one for the ages and favorite amongst fans.

Pimple popping can be a high-stakes game—and not just when you have 3.7 million Instagram followers. Dr. Pimple Popper a.k.a. Dr. Sandra Lee, M.D., is feeling the pressure as she takes on a large cyst in her latest Instagram video, which also happens to be a #tbt.

Located on the patient's back, the cyst is "under pressure" Dr. P notes in the copy that appears on top of the video. Even with the first cuts she makes to open the skin fully, you can tell the cyst is ready to burst. As soon as the incision is made, white liquid starts to ooze out, and Dr. P's first, gentle squeeze results in a small explosion of cells built up under the skin. They appear to land off-camera—on Dr. P's arm.

After some preliminary cleaning, it's on to the main event. Using her fingers, Dr. P starts squeezing the cyst and the result is a ribbon of off-white gunk that comes streaming out from beneath the surface that will satisfy lovers of even the messiest pops.

"A cyst under pressure with a sac you wouldn’t believe! 👀" she captioned the throwback video. Clicking through to her site also gives you an update of how the patient's back has healed after popping.

"The video that started my addiction," wrote one fan.

"Yeas!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 What a pop 💥" wrote another viewer.

No matter the pressure, you know that Dr. P's always got your back.
