  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a giant arm lipoma.

  • It's so large the lipoma looks like a shoulder muscle protruding out.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes it all out, and the lipoma makes a loud noise as it exits.

While you're watching a video from dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, it's a good idea to use all your senses. Naturally, you'll have your eyes open and focused on the little screen. But, have you thought about keeping the sound on and your ears open as well?

Dr. Pimple Popper often has some entertaining commentary, but that's not why you should listen closely to her latest Instagram video. She's popping out a lipoma from her patient's arm, and this giant pimple has plenty to say for itself.

Dr. Pimple Popper offers smart advice in her caption: "All I have to say is turn your sound on and TAG a fellow #popaholic 🔊 #drpimplepopper #lipoma"

The video begins with a clear view of the woman's shoulder with a giant gash through it. The lipoma is already visible, but not quite ready to come out. Dr. Pimple Popper shoves her fingers underneath the lump for extra leverage. Then, she squeezes with the full force of both arms. That does the trick, and the whole lipoma plops out with a satisfying fanfare.

The Popaholics couldn't contain their excitement and shared, "LAWD DID YOU HEAR THE NOISE THAT IT MADE!!" Another wrote in the comments: "Music to my ears😩😂"

Fans added a bunch of questions in the comments, too. One wrote: "Why is that so satisfying to watch? 😂😂" Another added: "Wow.how much did it weigh??" That remains a mystery, but you can certainly use your own imagination to fill in the blanks.
