Her unconventional suggestion is watching what emerges from a patient's scalp cyst when she squeezes using only her fingers.
What Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes out looks exactly like a "cocktail onion" or "brain," if you ask her excited fans.

She already squeezed a cheesy waterfall from an inflamed cyst and knocked out tons of blackheads, but the pimples keep growing and work goes on in her latest Instagram video.

Dr. Pimple Popper relies on her fingers and brute strength for this extraction. She squeezes and presses until the pilar cyst releases and oozes on the surface of her patient's scalp. Then, she pulls out the cyst sac with tweezers.
