Leaky pipes or plumbing are not pleasant to deal with. A leaky cyst might be even worse. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has a leaky cyst on her hands and shows all the havoc it wreaks. To be fair, watching the whole thing go down on Instagram is so satisfying.

The video starts with a good look at the cyst and lots of chatter from her patient, who says she suffers from lots of bacne. Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing and all kinds of satisfying gunk flies out. One fan gave an excellent recap: "THIS WAS SO GOOD. Love these on IG. Short, sweet, to the point! Some fans were caught off guard watching at home. One wrote, "When that stuff popped out I dry heaved 🤢 I wasn’t expecting that" The tool was also a point of heated debate in the comments. On one side you have, "The hole punch thing really creeps me out." And, on the other, "That little tool is super satisfying."
