The dermatologist slices out a crescent moon shape over the top of the giant bump. It's so large, Dr. Pimple Popper is literally cutting away a piece of skin. As soon as her scalpel slices through the cyst sac, it begins oozing. The lumpy liquid inside morphs from a shade of grey to a greenish-hue as it all spills out.

"It has a little green tint to it," Dr. Pimple Popper explains as she wipes away the first batch of cyst contents. "It was liquefied and partly broken down." Fans watching at home could probably deduce that themselves.
Dr. Pimple Popper's fans are feeling particularly empathetic after this pop. One wrote, "Thinnest skin on the human body. Poor guy probably has a bruise like a fist fight." The cyst certainly took a beating, and Dr. Pimple Popper came out on top.
