  • In a recent Instagram post, Dr. Pimple Popper has to squeeze a pilar cyst from her bearded patient's jaw.

  • A pilar cyst forms under the skin when a build up of keratin collects in the lining of a hair follicle.

  • According to one Instagram comment, this particular pilar cyst looks just like a "marble."

Dr. Pimple Popper is back at it again with another pilar cyst, but this one is a bit different. Usually, the dermatologist and TLC host — whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee — has to remove these growths from the scalp. This time, it's on her patients jaw and covered by his beard. But that's nothing for a pro like Dr. Lee.

The video begins with the dermatologist examining the cyst and showing that it rolls beneath her patient's skin. Apparently, it's been there for a while. According to the patient, this cyst has been growing for 18 years. But soon, it'll be gone.

Dr. Lee creates an incision over the top of the cyst pondering out loud if it'll have an ingrown hair inside due to her patient's beard. Next, she begins using a pair of tweezers and a pair of scissors so that she can both remove the cyst and snip it free from where its grown into the patient's follicle. Ultimately, though, she does go in for a squeeze, popping the cyst out a little at a time.

Finally, it emerges, and according to one Instagram comment, this man's pilar cyst looks like a "marble."
