Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is on a serious steatocystoma roll lately. The little oily bumps are popping up all over her Instagram. She's popped greasy, buttery, oily ones and even ones that look like flowers. Now, in a new Instagram post, she's squeezing honey out a patient's neck steatcystomas.

"Happy Friday! 🎉," She captioned the video. "Slipping into the weekend with Steatocystomas 🧈 #drpimplepopper #squeeze."

In the video, you can see all of the dotted circles marking each steatocystoma. Dr. Pimple Popper carefully slices each one open with her scalpel before squeezing out its contents using her fingers. Then, she grabs her tweezers to pull the slimy sacs out. It's harder than it looks, apparently.

"You don't know how many different, like, kinds of pickups I've gone through, like tweezers, trying to find the right ones," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient while she pops the steatocystomas. "It's been hard to do that because they don't grip. This thing is super slippery, and it's so small!" That's why she's the pimple popping pro!

Fans thought the slimy pop looked familiar: "Eek I'm thinking that looks like honey and the cup of tea sitting in front of me doesn't seem so delicious anymore," one user commented. "Ohhhhh," someone else wrote, and this pop is definitely awe-inspiring.

Tbd on what the next steatocystoma pop will look like—sugar cubes, maybe?
