Dr. Pimple Popper Squeezes Out An 'Apple Core' Arm Cyst In A New IG Vid
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper just shared a new video on Instagram!
In the new clip, Dr. P squeezed out a small-ish cyst from a patient's arm. But it was the cyst sac that was the star of the show.

If there's one thing that the average Popaholic knows, it's that Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper loves a good cyst extraction. The doctor shared a quick 50-second Instagram clip of herself doing a punch biopsy on a patient's arm.
She captioned her photo, “A punch biopsy and a sac that could hold its own! 👀”

At the beginning of the vid, Dr.P punches through the cyst and easily manages to squeeze out most of the keratin. And I have to say, the gunk looked a little too much like buttery mashed potatoes. Within a few seconds, she's able to make a clever comparison: "It's almost like a little apple core."After removing the first half, she uses a few of her surgical tools to reach in and pull out more of the remaining cyst sac.
“Oh, gross!” her patient exclaimed. At that point, Dr. P encourages him to look away, but it seems like the painless experience has him just as captivated as she is. “Oh my gosh, it’s the closest you’ll ever have to having a baby,” she chimes. She finally pulls out the sac, that in my opinion, resembles a tooth with a pretty hefty cavity. “It’s like its whole little entity,” she added. Other fans had some ideas of their own: "An olive 😂😂😂😂😂," wrote a keen observer.
I thought my tooth with a giant cavity was a good comparison, but TBH an olive might be the winner.
