Drag Race España is set to return to screens very soon, with the third season's queens unveiled ahead of its launch.

The Spanish spin-off the global drag franchise last aired around a year ago, and saw Sharonne walk away with the crown.

We now know who's in contention to follow in her footsteps, with the show revealing its line-up of queens – they are Bestiah, Chanel Anorex, Clover Bish, Drag Chuchi, Hornella Góngora, Kelly Roller, Maria Edilia, Pakita, Pink Chadora, Pitita, Vania Vainilla and Visa.

The series itself will launch this weekend on Sunday, April 16 on WOW Presents Plus, with new episodes dropping weekly at 7pm BST.

Back in the judging seats are Javier Calvo, Javier Ambrossi and Ana Locking, with Supremme de Luxe also returning to host.

The first episode of the series will see the queens try to showcase their art on the catwalk in the Supremme Eleganza Talent Extravaganza, and also play farm animals in the traditional photo shoot.

As well as a third season, Drag Race España is also gearing up for its own All-Stars season, which was confirmed last year.

In other Drag Race news, a number of iconic queens from the US version of the show recently landed their own Prime Video comedy specials.

Over the next few months, Monét X Change, Ginger Minj, Bebe Zahara Benet, Darienne Lake, Peppermint and Jinkx Monsoon will all release their stand-up specials on the platform, with the first from Darienne already available.

Drag Race España returns on Sunday, April 16 on WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
