Newly released police bodycam footage captures the dramatic moment that cops in Arizona bust the career criminal wanted for the grisly murder of a Queens mom at a Soho hotel.

Raad Almansoori, 26, was still driving the stolen sedan he carjacked a day earlier when Scottsdale police cornered him in a parking garage on Feb. 18 and slapped the cuffs on him, video posted on Facebook by the Arizona department shows.

Almansoori was allegedly in the middle of an out-of-control crime spree when police caught up to him in the Grand Canyon State in the days after the NYPD says he beat and strangled 38-year-old escort Denisse Oleas-Arancibia inside the Soho 54 Hotel on Feb. 7.

His arrest has since sparked a legal kerfuffle between an Arizona prosecutor and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, with Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell refusing to extradite Almansoori back to the Big Apple because she fears Bragg won’t keep the career criminal behind bars.

The war of words between the two prosecutors erupted last week, with Mitchell harping on Bragg’s soft-on-crime reputation and the Manhattan DA accusing her of playing politics and “grandstanding.”

Almansoori’s alleged crime spree began after he flew into New York from Florida at the end of January and booked a date with Oleas-Arancibia on Feb. 7, allegedly killing her when they got into a dispute over how much time he had paid for, police sources said.

Surveillance cameras caught the accused killer leaving the hotel wearing the victim’s light-colored tights after his pants were reportedly drenched in blood during the vicious fatal assault.

On Feb. 12, before he was identified as a person of interest in the case, he hopped on a flight to Arizona, and was off on a criminal binge within the week, police said.

He allegedly carjacked a woman in Phoenix on Feb. 17, stabbing her before making off with her car, cops said.

The following day he is accused of terrorizing a female McDonald’s employee in Surprise, Arizona, cornering her in a bathroom stall, pointing a gun at her and stabbing her when she screamed.

Almansoori is now being held without bail at the Maricopa County Jail on charges stemming from both cases — with Mitchell standing firm that she will prosecutor him for those crimes before she considers sending him back to New York where he would face murder charges in the Soho hotel slaying.

Police said the suspect has lived in Arizona, Florida and Texas, and left a train of arrests and crimes in all three locations, including a Florida bust for assaulting a woman for which he let out on bail.

According to police, Almansoori confessed to the Manhattan murder and the two violent incidents in Arizona when he was taken into custody in Scottsdale.

He is identified as the primary suspect in the New York murder case but has not been officially charged because he remains locked up in Arizona, authorities said.
