If you’ve ever wanted a penthouse view of downtown Lexington, including the city’s iconic Financial Center — or what locals have nicknamed “The Big Blue Building” — this nearly 6,000-square-foot condominium might be the ticket.

It’s the latest luxury home featured in our Million Dollar Listings series. Previously, we showed you a multi-million dollar home complete with a 40-foot water slide and an equestrian estate once owned by a Saudi prince.

The latest listing, No. 1150 at 103 South Limestone, marries sweeping views with some first-class amenities. The property is up for sale and can be yours for about $5 million. The current list price on Zillow is $4,975,000.

For context, that’s about 15 times the value of an average home in Lexington as of July, which according to Zillow, was $324,800.

At No. 1150, there are marble floors all throughout the condominium, which comes fully furnished with three large bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms. There is also another half bath.
