DreamLarge is hosting a free communit concert on June 25 in the Rosemary Art & Design District featuring Sarasota bands Physical Plant and Me Umbra and Orlando-based blues band Shreddie King.

The "RADD Show" concert will be held from 8-10 p.m. in the DreamLarge Yard, 600 Central Ave.

Physical Plant (Physicalplantmusic.com), founded at New College of Florida and self-described as reanimated from the cryogenics lab of 1976, is a four-piece rock band incorporating high-energy funk, heavy guitars, and ambitious arrangements. Me Umbra (Meumbra.com) features graduates from New College’s music program and blends electronic synths, organic keys, and deep bass. Shreddie King is a blues powerhouse band that embodies the distinctive guitar playing of Freddie King.

RADD (Rosemary Art & Design District) began as an initiative of DreamLarge with a group of community-centric creatives who held the desire to further the Rosemary District through the strategic application of creativity and design.

RADD Show is part of ongoing efforts at DreamLarge to energize the Rosemary District through free community events. Upcoming events include Yoga at Rosemary Park, taking place Friday evenings through June, and LOVEWINS: Art Exhibition featuring LGBTQ+ artists and creatives. Contact hello@dreamlarge.org or visit dreamlarge.org for more information and to RSVP for events.
