but at night he unwinds
by practicing his balancing act

"There are not many balancing artists in the world. In Iraq, there was nobody. I wanted to be the first one to represent Iraq in the art of balancing objects. Balancing is based on the laws of physics. But even if you know these laws, it won't really help you. In the end, what you need is regular hands-on training.''
Salih has been defying gravity for four years
He dreams of representing Iraq
in international competitions
