‘Dreamt about this moment’: Bruins star David Pastrnak, girlfriend announce birth of baby girl

Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak and his girlfriend, Rebecca Rohlsson, announced the birth of a baby girl on Thursday.

“Freya Ivy Pastrnak ❣️ We’ve dreamt about this moment for a long time,” Pastrnak wrote in an Instagram post. “I couldn’t be more proud of my two beautiful girls. I can’t wait to watch you be the best mamma to our little nugget.”

In a comment on the post, the Bruins said, “Congratulations, David and Rebecca.”

The birth of Freya Ivy comes nearly two years after the couple announced that they had lost their newborn son, Viggo Rohl Pastrnak.
