Drew Barrymore fans are really pulling a "Sherlock Holmes" with her latest TikTok and honestly, we stand by the theory.

If you haven't been keeping up with the talk show host's TikTok videos, where have you been? Let's catch you up, shall we? First, she brought back her character Josie from the 1999 rom-com Never Been Kissed for an...interesting Q&A. Then, there was the viral video of Drew being brought to literal tears after discovering a hidden window during her apartment renovation. Oh, and of course, we can't forget about the "Whenever you can, go into the rain" video that made her an unofficial national treasure.

Now it's time to add a new video to the collection of iconic moments, but in this one The Drew Barrymore Show fans caught something that we think needs a little further investigation.

The Firestarter actress uploaded a video captioned, "I do love a stain," that took fans through the process of Drew removing a tomato mark from her shirt and an insanely beautiful house that looks like the cover of a Country Living magazine! But, it was her dog's name that caught people's ear.

In the video, Drew mumbles, "Sorry, Lucy" to her dog before heading to the bathroom to clean her shirt. It didn't take long for fans to catch onto something from Drew's past, and flood her with questions.

  • "Okay so you named your dog Lucy!?!?? After 50 First Dates???!" someone said.

  • "I’m convinced you named your dog after your character in 50 first dates," another commented.

  • "Your dog's name is Lucy, like in 50 first dates?" another asked.

Remember this 2004 film starring Drew and Adam Sandler?

Like her iconic character in 50 First Dates, Drew named her dog Lucy. Whether her pup has short-term memory like the Lucy in the movie, well, we're not sure about that, but it's a sweet nod to one of her most memorable roles.

The dog's name wasn't the only thing fans noticed, either. As soon as Drew gets to the sink, people saw a red cowboy hanging from the wall and immediately knew what it was: a 7-year-old Drew's hat from the movie E.T. One person commented, "OMG THE HAT!!! IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW. my childhood" and we feel the exact same way!
