Driver Accused In Deadly Deerfield Beach Street Race Reportedly Had A Child In The Car

Steven Seneca has been charged with vehicular homicide, child abuse, racing, reckless driving, reckless driving causing property damage (two counts), speeding, and speeding in excess of 50 mph over the posted speed limit.

LAUREN PASTRANA: New at 5:30-- a Coral Springs man is facing serious charges following a deadly street race. The Broward Sheriff's Office says 35-year-old Steven Seneca was arrested after an investigation revealed he was street racing back in January in Deerfield Beach with a motorcyclist who crashed and died. Detectives say a five-year-old child was also in the car. Seneca has been charged with vehicular homicide and child abuse.
