Driver crashes into car, business during high-speed chase in Farmersville

A 23-year-old man is in custody after leading Farmersville police on a high-speed chase in a stolen car through Tulare County.

- New this morning, a 23-year-old man is in custody after leading Farmersville police on a high-speed chase in a stolen car throughout Tulare County. This is video courtesy of the Visalia Stringer. It all started just before 7:30 last night. Police say Isaiah Enriquez of Madera was driving around in a suspicious vehicle. When officers approached the car, they say he drove off prompting the chase. After several minutes, the suspect hit a car at Ash and Farmersville Boulevard and collided moments later into a closed business.

Police say Enriquez tried to run away but was soon caught. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to Kaweah Delta with minor injuries. Enriquez was arrested on felony hit and run and other charges. Police say the car had been stolen out of Merced County.
