Driver dies after he hits parked car in Milford, police say
A driver died Monday after he struck a parked car in Milford, police said.
Mark Thibault, 36, of Milford was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital, according to police.
The crash happened about 6:30 a.m. at East Broadway and Surf Avenue. A preliminary investigation shows that Thibault was headed east on East Broadway when he struck the unoccupied car, police said.
They were still conducting their investigation at the scene late Monday morning, and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
