Driver sent to hospital after crash involving school bus
DICKSON CITY, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A driver was sent to the hospital after a crash involving a school bus occurred in Dickson City Tuesday.
The Dickson City Police Chief says crews were called to the 600 block of Blouvard Avenue when a car and a school bus, carrying 25 children, collided around 2:50 p.m.

Police stated the driver of the vehicle was taken to hospital with injuries, and the car was towed from the scene.
No children were injured in the crash. They were all checked by the school nurse and PA ambulance. Mid Valley School District said they are thankful for the swift response by first responders and school staff to check on students.
