DUXBURY - Firefighters responded to a "very serious" rollover on Route 3 northbound Sunday morning that sent the driver to South Shore Hospital.
First responders say the crash happened at about 4:30 a.m. near Exit 22 in Duxbury.
The Duxbury Fire Department took to Twitter to say the driver, who had been ejected from the care, was taken to the local hospital. The statement said that all of the department's off-duty firefighters were called to the scene and thanked the Marshfield Fire Department for providing station coverage.
