Driver unharmed after wild crash in Amherst, N.H.

The driver of a pickup truck was unharmed after a wild, tumbling crash that left the vehicle leaning up against the side of a tree in Amherst, New Hampshire this weekend.

Amherst Fire Rescue first received a call for the crash at 5:47 a.m. Saturday morning. Upon arriving at Old Manchester Road, crews found that the driver had already removed themselves from the upright truck pointing tail end to the sky. The driver refused medical treatment.

A boom truck was eventually called in to remove the vehicle.

Old Manchester Road was closed for several hours while crews worked to get the truck back on all four wheels.
