Driving instructor shares safety tips after I-695 crash

Families are grieving after a crash on I-695 took six lives on Wednesday. New video shows the moments leading up to the crash. One driving instructor gave her take on what happened and said it could serve as a warning to all drivers. The video shows two cars colliding on the beltway, sending the black car over the jersey wall, into the middle of a work zone.
