"The vehicle was attacked today around 12 noon on the road in the Klimovsky district (about 750 meters from the border)," the Shot Telegram channel claims.

“A drone pierced the roof and detonated.”

The Baza channel published a photo claiming to be of the damaged car. Officials of the aggressor state have not commented.

Baza also claims that saboteurs are "trying to break into Bryansk Oblast" and that "a battle is going on" near the settlements of Sushany and Brovnichi.

Pskov Region Governor Mikhail Vedernikov said earlier on May 27 that two drones had attacked an oil pipeline building.

Belgorod Oblast Governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, complained about four alleged drone attacks in the region in the past day. He also claimed of "numerous artillery strikes" on Shebekino.

Russian channels also wrote that in the early hours of May 27, two drones attacked an oil refinery serving the Druzhba pipeline in Tver Oblast.

The Freedom of Russia Legion announced on May 22 that, together with the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), it had "completely liberated" the village of Kozyika in Russia's Belgorod Oblast, passed the village of Gora-Podol, and stormed the village of Grayvoron.

Local authorities declared a "counterterrorist operation" and, according to the governor, most Grayvoron residents were evacuated.

Russians claimed to have killed most of the saboteurs and "pushed the rest back" to the territory of Ukraine. RDK and Legion fighters denied the losses.

Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) called the actions of the Legion and the RDK in Belgorod Oblast "the creation of a security strip" to protect Ukrainians.

The Belgorod raid was carried out exclusively by Legion and RDK fighters, who are Russian citizens, said HUR representative Andriy Yusov.

Ukraine had nothing to do with the actions of the RDK and Legion in Belgorod Oblast, confirmed Presidential Office advisor Mykhailo Podolyak.

According to the fighters, the operation saw them reach 42 kilometers deep into Russia and control some settlements in Belgorod Oblast for a day. They claim to have lost two people in action, with 10 more were wounded. They said they destroyed several dozen Russian security forces and about 10 armored vehicles, while taking some some trophies.
