Drone Footage Shows Athens Covered in Snow
Athens and several other areas of Greece were covered in snow as a cold front hit on February 16.
The Hellenic National Meteorological Service reported snowfall in the Greek capital as temperatures hit zero Celsius.
Kathimerini reported that three people died in the cold weather. Two of the dead were men relying on oxygen machines, who died in power cuts, the paper said. A shepherd in Crete died of a suspected heart attack.
