Drone Footage Shows Widespread Flooding in Canton Following Tropical Depression Fred
Heavy rainfall from Tropical Depression Fred left the town of Canton, North Carolina, in disarray on August 17, as floodwaters washed out roads and left vehicles stranded.
John Cayton captured the extent of the devastation using his drone. Search and rescue workers had to be called in from nearby Cary and New Hanover Counties, according to WRAL News
