Dua Lipa Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Showing Off Her Abs In Crop Tops On IG

Dua Lipa may be a pop star, but her sculpted abs are the real star of her latest Instagram posts. The "Break My Heart" singer, 26, just uploaded two brand new photo dumps that totally show off her toned core. 

In one set of pics, Dua rocks a shimmery lime green and lavender crop top and skirt set with matching safety pin earrings. Next, she switches things up in a sheer, black, lace-up crop top and patterned pants. Her super strong bod is on full display—but don't take my word for it. Fans in the comments noticed, too.

Designer Donatella Versace couldn't hold back her excitement: "UNBELIEVABLE 💜💚," she wrote. "Ahh you look always amazing🔥," another user added (and, tbh, they're not wrong!). 

Wondering just how Dua stays in such amazing shape? She says part of her workout motivation comes from sweating it out with her friends. 

"Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," Dua told Refinery29.

She usually gets up pretty early to exercise—around 8:30 a.m. When she wants to focus on toning that six-pack, Dua turns to "variations of crunches," like bicycle crunches and leg raises. "Planks are good, although almost certainly my least favorite!" she added. 

While her schedule can get pretty busy, Dua does her best to keep moving in between her many shows and rehearsals. "I try and work out as much as I can," she told New Zealand magazine Viva back in 2018.

Her workout routine is never the same, but it usually lines up with her sleep schedule, Dua explained. "I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day," she said. 

"If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way."

But after a hectic day in the studio or onstage, there's nothing Dua enjoys more than coming home and getting creative in the kitchen. "With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life," she told Refinery29.

Plus, she's all about treating herself. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she told Adidas, according to Beauty Crew. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!" 

So here for that (and for doughnuts, too, obviously). Killing it, Dua!
