“We are the first ever gourmet water bar that I know of, and we have 30 different recipes that come out of one system. That's what makes us unique. Most filters, most filtration systems you can get still or sparkling. Here, you can microdose the minerals to give you your own special taste, and your own special water.”
Their menu includes ‘Circuits’ water, which is high in magnesium, calcium and sulfate
and ‘Meditate’ water, described as having an ‘ultra-low degree of mineralization’
“Then here is the machine. All of this - these are our minerals that are all balanced. It’s incorporated into a 60 by 60 (cm area), the size of a dishwasher underneath the counter. So that's how the system works. This is the brains, and then you just bring your bottle and fill it up.”

“It's a very unique concept and everyone should try it - why not? Because you need to focus on your health as well. We always forget about the disadvantages of drinking bottled water, plastic bottled water. So I think this concept, you know, will help you - It's creating more awareness about consuming just natural mineral water as well."
